Join us for a relaxed evening of Mindful Matters.
Mindful Matters was created to be a Women's Empowerment Group. An evening where we will relax, be mindful, and be aware of “Ourselves!” We are often too busy, too worried, too sad, or too tired to pay attention to what we need. In this safe, open, nonjudgmental space, we can learn as well as teach each other how to cope with life, grow with life and love life. If you are willing to listen to your inner guidance and with the help of like companions, you can get out of your head and give yourself permission to slow down, focus, listen and be mindful! You are welcome to share as much as you wish or just listen. Everyone is different and that is the way it should be.
We will have specific topics each week with some time for you to talk about issues you want t discuss as well. This is an interactive night, so you really never know what will happen!
Suggested donation $10; but if money is tight don’t worry, come anyway and pay it forward later down the road.
